Wednesdays in February, 5-6:30pm. Ages 9+
A cel, short for celluloid, is a transparent sheet on which objects are drawn or painted for traditional, hand-drawn animation.
In this class, students will learn about the process of traditional animation. They will then be able to choose their favorite animated characters and learn how to draw and paint them directly onto an animation cel. The end result is a beautiful matted painting that they’ll be proud to display at home!
4-week session, 12 students max.
Dates: February 1, February 8, February 15 & March 1
*Please note that there will not be a class on Wednesday 2/22, the final class for this session will be on Wednesday 3/1
*There is a three student minimum for this class. If the minimum student requirement is not met, customers who have already paid will be credited the full cost of the class and able to use that credit towards any future class(es).
