Ink'd Art Studio offers a unique and creative setting for birthday parties, right in the heart of Northport Village. We have three packages to choose from - call, text or email us to lock in your preferred date and time.
Masterpiece Package (All Inclusive Package)
With our Masterpiece Package, all you have to do is choose a theme and we will do the rest!
This 2-hour party features everything our starter Sketchbook Package offers - an instructional group art project, an interactive art game and a souvenir keepsake for the birthday boy/girl. Beyond the basics, this package also includes: pizza, water & juice boxes, dessert options, decorations and goodie bags for every kid in attendance!
The Masterpiece Party starts at $480 for 8 kids, with a $25 charge for each additional kid.
- An extra employee will be on site to help with the party if the number of guests exceeds 12.
- Goodie bags are a mixture of art supplies with a few pieces of candy/treats (nut free).
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be due one month in advance of the party. This deposit locks in your preferred party date & time, and the cost of the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Gallery Package (Mid-Level Package)
Our Gallery Package offers all the fun, with minimal work on your part.
This 2-hour party features everything our Sketchbook Package offers - an instructional group art project, an interactive art game and a souvenir keepsake for the birthday boy/girl. Beyond the basics, this package also includes: water & juice boxes, decorations and goodie bags for every kid in attendance!
The Gallery Party starts at $385 for 8 kids, with a $20 charge for each additional kid.
- Food & dessert may be brought in, but they are not included in this package.
- Goodie bags are a mixture of art supplies with a few pieces of candy/treats (nut free).
- A non-refundable deposit of $150 will be due one month in advance of the party date. This deposit locks in your preferred party date & time, and the cost of the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
- An extra employee will be on site to help with the party if the number of guests reaches/exceeds 14.
Sketchbook Package (Starter Package)
Our Sketchbook Package is the perfect birthday party for art lovers!
This 2-hour starter package birthday features an instructional group art project, an interactive art game and a souvenir keepsake for the birthday boy/girl.
The Sketchbook Party starts at $300 for 8 kids, with a $15 charge for each additional kid.
- Food, beverages, dessert, decorations, and goodie bags may be brought in, but they are not included in this package.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be due one month in advance of the party date. This deposit locks in your preferred party date & time, and the cost of the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
- An extra employee will be on site to help with the party if the number of guests reaches/exceeds 14.
Postponement/Cancelation Clause:
*Things happen, we get it! In the rare occasion that you need to postpone your party, we will do our best to accommodate you for the next available date in our calendar. Your original deposit is still valid, however, there is a $75 postponement fee. In addition to the postponement fee, guests who have chosen to book the Gallery or Masterpiece package may be charged for food and/or dessert from the original party date, if they are not able to be canceled by our respective vendors.
